How do I make an order?

Just click on the product or collection of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.

  1. Click 'checkout' to start the process of payment selection.
  2. You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need.
  3. Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.
  4. Choose a Shipping option and enter any discount codes or gift cards you may have.
  5. Finally Choose a Payment Option then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

Shipping Damage

It is very important that any damage to your package upon delivery is reported to the courier company immediately along with photographic evidence of the damage to both the chair and the packaging. This is essential in order to process a claim.

Our shippers and couriers vary depending on the region and costs. We are constantly seeking the best service and price to ship our goods.

When will my order ship?

We endeavour to package and ship your goods within 48 hours of your order depending on stock availability. Depending on your order and your region we endeavour to get you your product within 21 days.

Where do your chairs ship from?

We hold stock inventories in Australia, Macau and the US. The factory is located in mainland China. Depending on the order and region the chair will be shipped from one of these 4 centres.

Will you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes. We will always endeavour to provide you with a tracking number either domestic or international wherever possible. In the advent that your parcel is delayed or goes amiss the tracking number is the best means for you to check the progress of your delivery. While we are also in the hands of the courier company if unsuccessful in contacting the courier yourself you can contact us to try to locate your delivery but remember we don't own or control the courier company.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- On receiving the product any damage to the packaging and/or product must be reported to the courier or delivery service including photographic evidence.   
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or acceptance of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping

Upon receiving your item from the courier or delivery company any damage to the item or the packaging must be reported to the courier company directly within 24 hours including photographic evidence or a refund or replacement due to damage in the delivery process will be forfeited.
